Program Mission and Goals
Mission Statement

Program Philosophy
It is our philosophy that critical thinking, problem solving, strong communication skills, resource management skills, organizational skills, leadership skills and cultural competence are necessary to serve in professional organizations and to practice as a dietitian in a vast array of work settings.
